সরকারী ফি ২৫০.০০টাকা। আবেদনকারী নিজে বা তার পক্ষে প্রতিনিধি আবেদন করলে উভয়ের ছবি সহ আবেদনের প্রেক্ষিতে সংশি­ষ্ট ইউনিয়ন ভূমি সহকারী কর্মকর্তা এর নিকট হতে প্রস্তাব প্রাপ্তির পর নোর্টিশ জারীর মাধ্যমে উভয়পক্ষের শুনানী গ্রহণ করা হয়। শুনানীর সময় মূল দলিল সহ আনুসাঙ্গিক রেকর্ডপত্র দেখা হয়। এছাড়া এল.টি নোটিশ প্রাপ্তীর সাথে সাথে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নামজারী করা হয়ে থাকে।

The application should be submitted to the Upazila Land Office along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land) along with a copy of all the documents and pamphlets related to the ownership along with the full fee (required schedule) along with the court fee of 20 Tk.

After receiving the nomination and deposit order, the record has to be corrected / updated by going to the concerned Union Land Office.

Duplicate Collection of records and orders

To collect duplicates at the Upazila Land Office, one has to apply along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land) with full details including court fee of 10 Tk.

Acceptance of Khas land settlement

A) In case of permanent settlement of agricultural khas land in landless prescribed form with full details in the Upazila Land Office (Landless Certificate by UP Chairman)

And attested photo of husband and wife.

A court fee of Tk. 20 should be attached with the application form.

Acceptance of vested property settlement

To renew the vested property, one has to apply with the Upazila Executive Officer along with full details and a court fee of 20 Tk.

By Road - Dhaka-Munshiganj road is located 200 yards down from Dhaka station Gulistan bus station to Ichapura crossroads. This land office can be accessed directly from Munshiganj district headquarters and this land office can be accessed directly from Sirajdikhan upazila.
